Welcome Rachel Faber, Junior Graphic Designer

Kleidon & Associates welcomes Rachel Faber to its internship program as a junior graphic designer. Originally from Wadsworth, Rachel is currently a senior studying graphic design at The University of Akron. Rachel’s other interests include anything having to do with the outdoors, camping, or patterns and designs of all kinds.

What brought you to Kleidon & Associates?
I came here to experience what it’s like being a designer in an agency setting.

What’s your favorite font?

If you were a Pantone color, which color would you be?

What design sin makes you cringe the most?
Bad typography, especially in logos.

What social media platforms top your list right now?
Instagram and Dribble.

What’s your secret talent?
I’m pretty good at soccer.

What’s a little-known fact about you?
I am also a surface pattern designer.

When you were a kid, what did you think you would do when you grew up?
I thought I would be an architect or a park ranger.

Three things you can’t live without?
My laptop, the outdoors, my friends

What’s the most important thing you have learned in college so far?
The hard work and demand it takes to make it in the design field.

Why should brands invest in design?
Beautiful design shows attention to detail and care in a company.

What brand or organizations would be your dream client — and why?
I’d really like to work with an outdoor/camping brand.
