WordPress Developer

We are looking to hire a WordPress developer who is interested in leading the web development side of a creative and strategic marketing communications agency. As a WordPress developer, you will be required to create a variety of websites, help guide the site’s structures, work with desktop and mobile responsiveness, assist with maintaining the sites, and guide clients as to the best practices for everything from themes to plugins to hosting.

Most of the WordPress websites that our team works with are built with existing tools, themes and plugins. It is rare that we build these from scratch.

Candidates should be comfortable with multiple front-end languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and maintaining hosting and server settings for website optimization.

Most importantly, it is critical to be a good member of a team who can work with concepts provided by our designers but also able to bring suggestions to the table.
